Dulgarian’s first post explored the many options she and her husband had at their fingertips during their visit to the Taylor Morrison Design Studio in Scottsdale after they chose their floor plan and community.

“We couldn’t be more thrilled and scared and excited and nervous,” she wrote, “but we know this will be the best thing for our family and we are so happy to start the process!”
